Restart & Silence Option

Does the Icon have Restart option? Silence (Vibrate) option? If you hold down the Power button it says to slide down to Power Off. How do I restart the phone? Is there quick way to put the phone on silence (vibrate) option?

If you hit the volume rocker once in either direction at any time, in the top right is a bell that says "ring" if you hit it, you can cycle between ring and silence. You can also cycle through vibrate if you have it enabled.

I believe restart is Volume down and Power button at the same time.
