Resuming..... Resuming....... Resuming......

I have Nokia Lumia 720, upates to lates official OS in India.
The problem is that after using certain app, coming back to start screen it shows resuming.... Black screen.
Secondly, while scrolling and and mukti tasking sometimes it shows resuming... Black screen gor longer period of time and crashed.
Thirdly, when we want to share or edit photos from photo gallery, it shows resuming... Black screen.
Fourthly, if I close the app completely and come back to startscreen it shows annoying blind accent color tiles as if all tiles are transparent and some tiles are black or invisibe and it shows resuming.... Black screen and take some seconds to load to normal start sceen behaviour. Same while scrolling app list as well.

I also noticed, that once my,phone was on standby locked and charging since 30mins, I try to unlock it to check updates, phone was having soft reset on its own and it was heated more then usual.
I have a proof also of this.
What shall u do?
Is anybody facing same issue?

Hard reset. You recently got cyan. Haven't you?

1. I downgraded to Lumia black.
2. Updated to windows 8.1 and cyan.
3. Hard reset.
4. Login with back ups.
5. Soft reset too.
Still this is the problem since 5days after updated to official.

I also have same problem on 720 with 8.1 and Cyan update.

Some people suggest to remove 'skype'. I've done it just now. It seems to be working i.e., no 'loading..' message and arbitrary reboot for last 15 min. Let's see if it works, as before without any annoying 'loading..' message, white screens, arbitrary freeze and reboots.
