I will write a short review about build 10581 running on my 520, most of it will be the issues with the build.
About my phone: Nokia Lumia 520; RM-914_apac_vietnam_228.
I have been on build 10581 for one week now, and the last technical preview build I was on was 10536.
First, the new features in build 10581 compare to build 10536:
- Skype integrated in messenging.
- Quiet hour icon not blinking anymore.
- Apps and maps can be save to SD card (not sure if this is the default setting).
- Interactive notifications (didn't work for me on build 10536).
- Various other UI changes and bugs fixed (apps crash less often).

Now the issues (I mostly use basic features only with a few third party apps on the store):
- Phone crash quite often (once or twice per day). I have to remove battery and restart each time.
- A loading... screen when first open a built in apps (phone, messenging, store...). After the first open, built in apps will run in the background and the next time open will be much faster. This is the same behavior since build 10536, no improvement here.
- Some third party apps are very slow and buggy including window central app.
- Storage settings doesn't work properly, I cannot seem to change the save location for anything and they all seem to hop into the SD card by default.
- Battery drain seem to be the same as build 10536 and about 2.5 times faster than 8.1.

Overall rating: An OK build with UI improvement and better stability (with apps).
Recommendation: Not recommended for daily use on Nokia Lumia 520. Definitely worth trying if you have a spare 520.
Might roll back to 8.1 today or tomorrow.

Build 10581 has been great for me on the Lumia 520. Battery life is on par or better than Windows Phone 8.1, and general performance is improved. The operating system is still less stable and polished but it feels very smooth. I've noticed a few loading and resuming screens but come on it's a Lumia 520. The only major glitch I've had is a strange touch bug that plagues my Lumia 520 at random times and severely inhibits usage. I've not found a workaround yet.

Yes, I aware that running W10M on a 512MB device like the 520 will result in some loading and resuming and slow in openning and using apps. The real problem for me is the phone crash quite often and become totally unresponsive. And the battery on my 520 with w10m tp has never been close to 8.1. I have 100% at 6am and got around 30% by 6pm and I barely use the phone, just a few phone calls and messages. While with the same battery usage on 8.1 I could surf the web, stalking fb, and play some games.

Have you conducted a hard reset? That does help, whatever anyone says.
My battery life is pretty good. I went two days without charging it and it was at 25% at the end of it.

I hard reset it and my battery seems to be working better than before hard reset so I am happy for now. But 10581 is far better than previous builds in any way, except for some bugs that have yet to be resolved. Overall quality is good and probably 7/10 for me as a beta OS.

Do you plan to permanently use win 10 when it comes officially or continue to use 8.1. I'm on 8.1 now and wait for official w10 , but i'm not sure how good will work my phone then. What you can suggest me ?

Lol . Same here . Unresponsive touch screen even though phone is still working . It happens randomly but more often when you force close an app via multitask screen . Soft reset only saves it temporally . Last build didn't have this bug

Build 10586.11 . After two days usage , no unresponsive touch screen anymore . Resuming and loading are seen less often too
