FYI ... I have both Nvidia and Intel HD 4000 graphics running on my system. It definitely wasn't the Nvidia driver. Turns out I had an Intel driver updated today. That was the culprit for me (same concept, different driver).
A quick and easy fix, verifying it worked for me, is posted here:
