In the article, you state, "To be clear, ASUS ROG has never acknowledged that the Ally has a microSD card problem." However, it has been reported on many other sites that ASUS has in fact acknowledged that the SD Card does have an issue. They have an email address that can be emailed to setup and RMA. They will then ask for an invoice for the SD Card, as well as the physical card so they can inspect, repair, and return the ROG Ally, and possibly refund the cost of the Micros SD Card.
