Rollback from 10586.71 to WP8.1

Is is possible to rollback from 10586.71 to WP8.1 offline. I mean to say first I download the necessary files of WP8.1 then rolling back just like we to update PC windows using *.iso image?

No. You have to use the Windows Device Recovery Tool and take it direct from the Microsoft servers. Offline use isn't offered because the file itself may be hacked or infected with malware/viruses that may hit your host computer.

Once you have downloaded once you only need to connect momentarily for it to check the downloaded package for compatibility.
