RSAP for windows phone

With windows mobile struggling for market share, would it not make sense to allow RSAP on windows phones as I drive a VW car that can't connect my phone to and I know a lot of other people feel the same?

I've read that it requires root access, so this may be a problem on Windows Phones.

I had a RSAP app on my Samsung s2 that worked and I didn't have that phoned rooted. There are millions of cars out there that need it though. It puts a lot of people off windows phone. I love my 1520 but miss that 1 thing.
