sad situation

i spoke with a friend of a friend today, who works at a verizon store. i took my phone out of my pocket, and she said "is that the trophy?", to which i replied "yes." she told me she didn't like the phone because it was too complicated and hard to use. (my thoughts: "??!?"). after further discussion, i found that she thought the phone still had the old windows mobile OS, and she didn't even realize that there was a new OS for windows phones. (my thoughts: "!!!!"). so apparently these reps are getting zero training for windows phone, which would help to explain why iphone and android is shoved down everyone's throat, and why reps are telling customers to steer clear of windows phone. i wish these people would at LEAST pick up the phone and try it. the girl did really like my phone after she played with it for a few minutes.

Well at least you introduced her to WP7. That seems to be about 99% of the battle.
