Samsung Galaxy Book 12: Problem with the keyboard case

The keyboard case of my Galaxy Book doesn't work. I tried to reset the tablet, reinstall drivers, clean the magnetic conectors..... but still doesn't work.

Anybody with the same problem? Any solution?

, did the problem appear suddenly or did the keyboard degrade over time? Did you notice any disconnect issues earlier? Does the keyboard back lightning still work? Does the keyboard charge indicator / led work when you charge the keyboard(if there is any led)? Does an other keyboard attached to the device work?
