Samsung Galaxy TabPro freezing after windows update

Hi,
We have a few Samsung Galaxy TabPro tablets and after they ran the latest windows updates the tablet is freezing every now and then. Nothing seems to work to unfreeze it, but after messing around a little bit we figured out that hitting the volume keys is unfreezing the tablet!!! Not sure why this is happening, but I am looking for a solution to this issue.

It could be that the touchscreen stops working... Try changing the driver..

You go to device manager --> Human Interface Devices --> Tchfilter --> Update Driver --> Select from list of drivers --> Choose HID-Compliant Touch Screen and install it.
