Samsung S3 vs Lumia 920 Camera Test

Seen a lot of questions about the S3 vs Lumia 920 so since I still use both, one for my business line(S3) and the other for personal use(920) I figured I would start taking some pictures to compare.
I started playing with the EV on the 920 now that I finally understand how you can control that, what a difference it makes in the photos. EV settings can literally make a photo look like it's from a DLSR

While I see differences... I don't see enough to say one is better than the other. With the exception of the 920's low light performance. White Balances shift with both but focus seems nice and sharp.

Overall, both take decent photos.

i agree. it's hard to tell which one is better than the other in the outside pics, but for the indoor pics i think the 920 outshined the gs3 due to some of those indoor pics having low lighting. and this is where alot of people's pics come from (party's, family gatherings, at the mall etc). which is why i said in another thread, there's not much difference in the daytime pics but when you factor in all the other aspects of a camera, the lumia 920's comes out ahead (except for the pureview 808). thanks for this comparison.

These shots are about as bad of lighting situation you can get. I would not normally even attempt this picture with any phone camera or my canon so take that into perceptive when looking at these.
