This is going to be another Windows Phone moment. Satya has *no* idea on how to run the consumer side of Microsoft. (Whether or not that's important to the company is another question, but it's obvious he's clueless about it)

If you don't control the hardware platform, you don't control ****. He doesn't understand that.
