Save emails on TP2

I'm a recent Blackberry convert and am missing the feature that allowed me to easily mark an email as "save". I need to file certain emails like hotel reservations while deleting the rest of the pile. Any ideas how to do this?

My emails come to the computer and I get them when I sync which is usually everyday . I am planning on separating one of my emails from automatically going to outlook but come to my device the pure. My plans are to forward the emails I need to save to my outlook email and the outlook filters will put them in the appropriate sub-folders.

Sorry - I meant how to save emails ON my phone. I've tried creating a new folder under outlook but it doesn't let me.

blackberrypoe that may be something thats occuring either at the carrier level or your settings probably your carrier. Check with them.
