I had to do a hard reset on my Lumia 930 and so lost all my photos. I have them all saved to OneDrive and want to download them back onto my phone.
I know how to do this by going into OneDrive in Internet Explorer, opening the Camera Roll folder and then clicking the Download button. It then asks whether I want to open or save, so I select save. After quite a while (the folder is 370MB) it is saved in the Downloads folder. I have installed Pocket Extractor to extract the zip file to my Pictures folder. When I try to do this, however, it says that the file is corrupted. Is this because the phone went into sleep mode whilst it was saving? Do I need to keep the phone 'awake' whilst IE saves the file?
Thanks,
John
