SB Screen was cracked without physical impact

The screen of my 512 Surface Book was cracked without any physical impact on it. I'm completelu shure that he did not fall or something like that. And it's look like a crck in the matrix screen. Maybe the reason was the high temperature of the SB while charging? Maybe the reason was the strong magnet of SB pen?
I love this laptop dispite all the bugs. I want to continue using it. But i think Microsoft has to take responsobility for such things and give answers.
I bought SB in Ukraine and i know that officialy SB are not selling here.
