Screen after Glance Screen in Lumia 650

[Windows Central Question]

There is one more lock screen like glance with black background which always stay on. Don't know from where to turn it off. Can anyone help?
Am not talking about glance screen..its one more after mobile locked

there is no such lock screen, maybe it is some issue with your display which is causing this behavior. Take the device to nearest service center for an inspection in my opinion.
