Screen burn

I'm getting temporary screen burn in IE all the time(even after just 20-30min browsing), then it's dissapear in 30-60minutes. Lumia 520 here.

You would see the ghost image of something displayed for long time on the display...

Yep, I have one on my 820 :(

You can see right at the bottom of the screen. It's the dark bar from IE. I'm using a light background for quite sometime now to maybe avoid making it worse when using the IE.

Not positive; but I was under the impression that Amoled screens were not susceptible to screen burns because of the makeup of the screen itself. Going to do a little research to confirm this, will get back when I am sure. I have had my 820 for almost 10 months and I don't have anything close to a screen burn; but then I rarely leave my phone on one screen for any length of time. Even when screen burn was common on CRT's it took a great length of time for it too happen. But again I am not positive.
