Screen flickering while playing apex and quantum break.

My laptop screen starts flickering while playing forza apex and quantum break downloaded from store. the gameplay is smooth but the screen alone flickers. Also if I play the games in windowed mode, the area inside window alone flickers not the area outside of the window. But other games like fifa and nfs runs without issues. I think the problem is related to UWP games downloaded from store. My laptop runs Windows 10 latest insider preview build with latest display and graphics drivers.

Anyone experiencing the same issue?

Also suggest any workarounds or solutions to stop screen flickering.
