Screen freeze issues

Hi,
I recently got a Nokia 640XL and I installed windows 10 preview. OS version: 10.0.10166.0 After making calls my screen freezes and I have to take the battery out to restart the phone and things work fine. Has anyone else faced that? Is it a defective device or windows 10 being buggy? Thanks!

You might want to upgrade the OS to Build 10536 and see what issues persist. Thanks.

Try going into Windows Insider app and re-enroll in Insider Fast
