Screen Problem, how bad is it? L720

Today my Lumia 720 showed this on the screen. The phone seems to respond to input, but I can't see anything



Does anyone know how to perform HARD RESET on this 720 with WP 8.1 (normal user, not Developers Preview)?
If that doesn't work, do you think it's going to be expensive or hard to fix? My contract will be over until february.

EDIT: The phone is OUT of warranty, :unhappy:

I just needed to do a SOFT reset. How ever the phone seems to be stuttering... I might reset to factory conditions just in case.

i have tryed soft reseting but that won't help either, what can i do now? (P.S: i have the same issue)

EDIT: can't do ANYTHING by now
