I read a lot of online content on my phone. The Lumia 900 screen quivers when you scroll making it impossible to read while you're still touching the screen or scrolling.

Have any of you noticed this quiver of the type anytime you're touching/scrolling?

Nope, I haven't noticed anything like that. Is it a particular website that's doing it? If so, give me the webpage and I'll try it out and see if I get the same result.

Yep, I know exactly what you're talking about. And it's weird. If I flick the screen and send the page scrolling on its own, text seems perfectly smooth. But while I'm dragging with my finger on the screen, the text is jittery and difficult to read. Can't say it bugs me as I don't read a ton on my phone, but it does certainly add to the list of places where WP feels immature.

How is that you are attempting to read while scrolling?

hint: scroll where you want to read, take your fingers off the screen then read. Your problem is solved.

I scan pages for content while scrolling everyday and have had no issue on other phones. It's like a buggy refresh rate. It's very uncomfortable if you need to scan a lot of content on the phone everyday. I hoped it was just my phone since it has connectivity issues too but I've seen another one today and it has the same problem.

I've noticed it too. I don't know if it has to do with lower screen res, refresh rates, text formats or what. My Focus didn't have it though, but my Titan did a little bit. A sort of letter jumbling as it was scrolling, even slow scrolling.

People did mention "ghosting" with the Titan, so maybe thats it & just more apparent on the 900 & with text.

Yeah I've got it too, coming from non-retina iOS devices I just figured it was a side effect of AMOLED displays. Not a dealbreaker for me though.

How would you know what part you want to stop on if you can't skim through & read the text while its slowly scrolling?

You're either way too quick to jump down someone's throat who has a legitimate concern, or just not very bright. Maybe both. Why don't you actually try to add something to the forum instead of biting people's heads off left & right??
