Screen size too small for monitor in Windows 10, how can I make it fit?

Screen size too small for monitor in Windows 10

I upgraded to Windows 10. The entire screen shows up in about 75% of my monitor with the rest black. It's not that the fonts are too small, it's just that it makes my monitor look a lot smaller and I cannot seem to get it to fill up the entire monitor like Windows 8. Any help?
