Screen timeout an issue on one laptop

I have several laptops, one issued by my work and is under the azure identity management. Since inception this laptop screen timeout was always 5 min despite attempts to change. Finally, out admin was able to change it to 30 min, but even though it says 30 minutes the timeout varies from 10 min to 30 min. All my other, using the same win 10 build function fine.

Any thoughts?
