Screenshots?

Im on WP7 (still...) and I cant take screenshots, and it kinda sucks... On WP8/8.1 is there a screenshot app? Or is it built in? Like the Microsoft option and power button or something. Thx.

Yeah 8.1 is power and volume up 8.0 is power and windows key
