SD Card organize

hey guys my Sd card is all over the place I need to get organize.
I just received the 830 which has a question of its own. how are you cards done. ie folders. I'm going all in on windows so i want to use one drive as well but that takes a while to get use to. should have been going this a long time ago. looking into getting a lenovo or a surface. like the phone but it is a little slow so I was thinking of returning it and getting a 930 what do you think. no Sd card but I seen so flash drives you can put in there.? is that a good option? still cant get all of my music over to it. when trying it had a error an open dialogue from itunes.

If you use an SD card it should be empty and formatted when you put it in the phone. Leave it in the phone.
Connect to the PC to add files.
