Seeking Windows Mobile 7 hardware kit for Arm 2

What Windows Mobile 7 (or 6) hardware kits (Omap or Arm processor based) are available on which the developer can develop software and WM device drivers for hardware devices which can be connected/soldered to the motherboard of this hardware kit for development, test and verification ?

Aeneas, the REDFLY products available today do not have a user-accessible CPU (like Omap, Arm) or operating system (like WM6, Linux, etc.). Because of this, we do not offer a developer kit of any kind. However we have worked with a number of hardware partners on a case-by-case basis to allow certain additional access to the REDFLY's hardware.
