Sending file issue in Bluetooth

I?m a Windows Phone 10 and Windows 10 user in computer. There is something that I can?t solve and don?t understand about Bluetooth for a long time. I want to tell what I do and what kind of problem I encounter step by step.

Have you tried re-installing or updated to latest BT driver on w10, 'cause it happened to me. A driver update fixed it.
