Sensitive Touch not working

I just got my L920 and the sensitive touch is not working, I rebooted and toggled the setting but it is not working.

Did you changed sensitive to high?

I couldn't get the sensitive touch to work with either of the phones at the local AT&T. The setting was on high sensitivity, but I still could only use the screen with the pad of my finger, not with the finger nail or a key or anything else.
