Seriously beta app problem

Guys recently I have to hard reset my Lumia 520
I think problem is with following app
1) VLC beta
2) gestures beta
Any 1 get same problem

What happened to your phone that made you choose to hard reset it? What phone OS version are you using? Please provide us with more details.

I've got both of those apps in my humble L535, but I'm not experiencing any issues with is (aside from the screen-related bugs listed in this page) - bugs a hard reset won't fix.

I also have both of them in my L920 and so far I didn't face any problem. What problems did you face, that made you hard reset?

I am using Lumia 520 n problem was
My phone get automatically switch off & on
Soft reset not helping me so hard reset make me solution

No issue for me at all using it on both Lumia 1520 and 520.
This might be due to some other issue.
If your cell is in warranty its always better to take it to service centre to know the actual cause of the problem.

So hard reset is solution
I think vlc beta or gestures beta app has buggy like the chive app

Lumia 520 has a known issue where the battery does not seat tightly in the unit.

Some show this right away, some after time.

Put a paper shim between the cover and the battery to help hold it down better. Put another paper shim under the bottom edge of the battery to help the contacts stay connected on the top edge of battery.

You may have Hard Reset for no reason.

Good to know that you already tried that... I had no way of knowing what you did or did not do as your previous posts were very thin on information.

Beta software can cause issues. Contact the developers for more info and to submit a bug report.
