Set up Onedrive

I am involved with a charity and we have a pc and a microsoft account. One of our members has allocated to us one of his office365 licences and with that, I believe we get 1Tb space on Onedrive. We do not know how to set this up on our charity pc (and have it visible in windows explorer) and also for some of our members to be able to access from their personal pc's
