Setting alarm when certain phone number is received?

Is there someway to set an alarm when a certain number or contact calls my WP7?

Yes, just go to the contact, edit the contact, and go down and edit the ringtone for that contact.

There's an app called TouchDevelop that would allow you to do that. It lets you do a lot of semi-complex rules based actions. Though it can be a little hard to understand if you're unfamiliar with coding.
