Settings taking to much place

My phone has almost no storage left. The settings is using 3.6gb of my phone. My question is am I the only one?

I don't even see where there is section in storage sense for settings.

If your seeing that with "Lumia Storage Check" I'm not sure I would believe it.
Storage sense under the 8.1 preview reads used space differently.

Are you with 8 or 8.1?

8.1 hasn't come to Sweden yet.
