Settings using 8GB storage

Has anyone seen this... In storage check my 920 shows apps using 9GB. When I look it then shows Settings using 8GB. What can that be?

Mine shows 5.0GB used by settings. Wtf?

I want that back for photos etc. Any ideas anyone?

Have either of you used the "Diagnostics app"? Wondering if that created massive logs when used...

Nokia Storage Check doesn't work properly in 8.1. Many apps aren't showing up in the list, so I guess they get added to the Settings app size.

Storage Sense appears to work and shows the data differently listing a lot more large apps so I think you are right.

It was a bunch of free Disney games, each around 500MB adding up.
