Anyone else have this intermittent problem? I just shared a folder to multiple people via a link, I tried both Can View and Can Edit, but nobody can open view the files. I don't understand why this keeps happening. I just did this last week with someone and had zero issues.

I've had it happen before not just with MS, but other services. If you are sharing by typing the peoples email addresses into the share box... instead, click the "copy link" button and then send that link out using a separate email instead of through that share function. See if that works

The email "copy link" doesn't work either. I had been sharing files by texting family with the link, which in the past usually worked.

Evidently, it is a known issue. And MS's work around for their broken service is for me to convince family members to sign up for said broken service. :straight:
