Hi guys

I have shared a folder on OneDrive to one staff and this staff needs to upload pictures into my shared folder everyday. I notice he is able to delete any pictures that he uploads into the shared folder. Is there an option I can set where my staff is only able to upload pictures into my shared folder but he cannot delete any picture once it has been uploaded. Hope someone will be able to help.

Thank you

OneDrive is considered *personal*, so you shouldn't really be imposing any restrictions, unless you have specific needs (i.e. legal requirements). For such, you can use the hold functionality, here's one semi-automated solution:

Hello Interlocutor

Thanks for your prompt reply. If I were to use the sharepoint application, can you confirm that I will be able to create a folder where my staff can access it and upload pictures but they are not allowed to edit the folder or example delete the pictures after uploading it? This feature is very important for me.

Also I notice Sharepoint has pricing plans on its website. is there anyway I can use it for free first to test it out or a free trial? I would like to confirm if its able to lock the folders the way I would like it to, then I can subscribe for the package. Please let me know.

Cheers
