Hey!

I have problem finding a good solution for sharing todo-lists from my windows phone to my girlfriends iphone. Do anyone know of a good app or a way to do this?

We used to use wunderlist, which worked great until they dropped windows phone support. We also tried rememberthemilk, but it wasn't an optimal solution. Both rememberthemilk and toodledo requires you to pay a subscription in order to make it work okay. I would like to avoid paying 20-30$ a year just to have a shared grocery list. Recently, I tried shared calendars from outlook.com, however this didn't work either. Only the person who was set as the owner was able to get the shared todo list on their phone, while the other one could only access it on outlook.com. This was really frustrating as the problem is only related to the shared todo list, the shared calendar part worked perfectly. I was also considering using onenote, but since it's not really a task manager it lacks many features you would want.

If anyone has an idea, or already solved the problem please let me know!

I was thinking about it, but OneNote is not really a task manager. I know you could share a page on OneNote and write down things there, but it's not ideal. I might end up using it, but still hoping for something similar to wunderlist.

I'm actually glad you brought this up because when I checked out the other apps you mentioned, I realized you're right, OneNote really isn't the same type of app. Now I'm trying to see if Outlook tasks will work with the calendar's built in to do list, but I can only associate tasks with my calendars, not with custom projects like I'm wunderlist. Very unfortunate wunderlist dropped support for windows phone.

I use OneNote as the heart of my GTD setup, Ive used nearly all of the other platforms and GTD tools, Toodledo, RTM, Evernote, Things, OmniFocus (gorgeous UI but only for Mac) I use outlook tasks extensively and cant wait for MS to upgrade the built in WP8 system as its currently just ok, not great. I have set up a room on my phone and me and my gf can add notes to the same page from our phones (Shes on android but iOS works too) and from our desktop's.

Ive settled for this systeme as it works best for me.... GTD with Outlook 2010 and OneNote 2010 – Overview ? Dynamic IT | A Blog by Michael Wheatfill on Microsoft Technologies and Productivity

The icing on the cake would be if the onenote apps allowed us to move/collapse sections and also have a 'send to onenote' option via email and IE.
