Sharing videos on FB

How do you guys share your high quality videos taken from the phone on FB? The phone compresses the video when I upload it directly to FB and it just looks terrible.

By not uploading directly to FB. No other way around it.

There's gotta be a way. I've seen HQ videos on FB.

I think your best bet is putting them on your computer then uploading, I have yet to try, but hell I can't even email vidoes over wifi which sucks, but I understand. I am still tinkering with it, anyone finds an easy way please post
