Shortcut to work website

I just have downloaded and installed Microsoft Launcher and after that I can't open my work website via the shortcuts made and put on my start screen of my Nokia 8, someone knows a solution for this ?

What happens when you tap the shortcut you made originally? Does it do anything at all?

launchers tend to have problems with shortcuts. I have fought with them at times with the launcher I use. I think the easiest thing to do is to create new ones.
