Should I buy a 1520 now or wait for 930?

Depends on your needs. I have a 920 and love it! 930 is its successor. 1520 is huge allowing better video viewing. Depends on your needs. I would say 930 of you don't need the extra size of 1520

1520.3 if you can afford one and don't mind the size. This is the most future proof Windows Phone device right now.

It's big, barely fits into my jeans and I have to put in into my leg pocket on my flightsuit when I'm at work. For day to day use it's nice but when I run or go for a bike ride I transfer my sim to a 925 or my 520, depending what I have with me. I love the real estate it affords and the screen is amazing. It's hard to go back to something smaller when everything looks so crisp, clear and large on the 1520.

Just how big is the 1520? So big it can't fit in your pocket? or barely fit in?

It fits in my jeans as well even with a thick case around it. I got a flip case with a strap. Now it may not fit as comfortably as smaller phones, but this is not an issue for me, the other specs of this phone makes it the true flagship worth getting.

1520 - If you want SD card support, glance, best battery life, big screen
930 - If you want smaller screen/device or want to avoid 1520 screen sensitivity issue

Also if you have a strong preference between LCD and OLED tech, maybe that would also help to decide

1520 if you would rather have an original Nokia design versus a 930 that could half be mistaken for an [gasp] i-device.
