Should I get a new BLU WIN HD LTE?

I am getting an offer for a new BLU WIN HD LTE for ₹ 4999/- including charger in India (Around 80 Dollars). Should I get it or not at this point of time or wait for new phones to launch?
PS: BLU confirmed that it will get Windows 10 Mobile upgrade.

I think you can't go wrong with the Win HD LTE, but the phones that would be launching are flagships, and low-mid end (550). I have heard great things about that phone.

Actually what I think is that this one has future proof Processor (SD 410) and yet 550 has SD 210 and still it's around half the price I would be paying for 550.
The drawbacks I see is that it has non-removable battery.

It is not the best phone, but it seems like a decent device. Check out that review, it had me curious enough to look into it.

Got mt BLU Win HD LTE yesterday and it really is a decent device...The place where it is lagging behind is some apps are not working on this device like Flipkart and Truecaller. Apart from that camera is not upto the mark. But at this price point what it brings is just awesome.

Update: Truecaller is working but caller id function is inactive and you can't turn it on.
