Should i get lumia cyan or use developers preview which is best and what is diffrence

Update to Cyan then enrol onto the developer preview, Lumia Cyan is the name of the firmware update and depending on your phone you will get extra features.

Once you have updated to Cyan and enrolled onto the developer preview you should be able to download GDR 1. This will give you access to live folders and possibly other features (again depends on your phone).
