Should i wait for surface pro 4 or get the surface pro 3 right now?

So im going to university this year and my current laptop which is Lenovo Flex 15D is too old and the battery life is like 2 hours max now. I wanted to get surface pro 3 but then i read somewhere pro 4 is coming out in october. should i wait for just get pro 3?

You could get a replacement battery if the Lenovo works fine and wait for the Pro4 or the reduced price on a Pro3.

You could do as the above poster says and get a new battery. This may bridge the gap until the 4 comes out.

You might consider getting the 3 now if it serves your needs. You can probably find a used one for much less money than the new 3 and certainly the new 4 will cost you.
