Should we be looking for a Polaris launch rather than an Andromeda Launch?

It seems to me that, while everyone is pumped about Andromeda, the real power is in the Polaris OS.

Clearly Microsoft has put much on hold pending the completion of this version of Windows. The whole "killing off of mobile" was because of it, and I would argue that Band died because of it as well.

So while everyone is psyched for an Andromeda launch, could we be getting a Polaris one? That would mean several different devices showcasing the use of the OS on several different form factors. Given we are suddenly getting all sorts of leaks of device code names, and even a recent patent on a "band like" device, is it possible that we could be looking at the launch of several different devices (including Andromeda) but really as a showcase to the new Windows Polaris OS?

Thread wasn't what I expected. Only opened it because if I had been a sub commander when MS killed WM, I would have seriously considered my own Polaris launch.
