The main problem I have with all Surface devices is that MSFT make it impossible to choose the keyboard layout. Here in Switzerland it's always German QWERTZ (not even Swiss QWERTZ) and there are literally thousands of foreign workers here who prefer QWERTY and are simply not served by MSFT. (Apple offer a choice in their store.)
