Shuffle party office 365 style

I have a desktop without Office on it, on my laptop I have a Office 2013 and on my Surface Pro a 365 subscription of Office.

We still have a spare 365 PC allowance, and I would prefer to have the 365 on my laptop and surface and put the 2013 on the desktop.

So how do I take off the 2013 from my laptop and then get it installed on my desktop regarding MS and the licensing side of things, I don't have a hard copy of Office 2013 but I am sure I will have the code somewhere.
