Signing out of Windows 10 Mobile device.

Hey people, I need some help here.

I have a Lumia 535 I'm not using anymore and I promised to give it to my sister. I want to sign out of this device (so that means removing any messages, mails, contacts and sign ins) before I hand it over. I don't really know the correct way to do this. I also want to make sure that it has the latest Windows 10 Mobile version as well (not Insider), and not the Windows 8.1 it originally had. Anyone know the solution?

Thanks. I went ahead and did this before your reply and I'm glad to see that resetting it doesn't revert it to the original W8.1 OS.

You probably could do all the apps updates without signing into store.
