SIM card tray pops out

Ny SIM card tray pops out, I have a case which holds it in but its annoying still. Anyone else have the same problem or know how to fix it

I would take it to Nokia Care and let them take a look or get a replacement from where you purchase the device.

I have just sent a 925 back. When I bought it, the sim card slot was jammed down into the phone. Definitely seems like a design flaw.

just to be sure, i hope the manner by which you open the tray isn't the same with other phones with a micro sim tray in it. most have the insert and push method while ours is insert, push the pin like a lever and pull out.

It came with the pin to open but I don't need it because its always out I guess the lever is just messed up in there...the lame part is I work for tmobile and Nokia gave me the device and we can't do any kind of insurance when we are given phones

There is no fix. You have to get it replaced with T-Mobile. If they won't do it. Get in touch with Nokia.
