SInce I installed 10 my fan is now running on high all the time, what should I do?

Windows Central Question

SInce I installed 10 my fan is now running on high all the time

Now when I turn on my computer after about 2 minutes the CPU fan revs up to high and stays there until I shut down. HELP, it sounds like it is about to take off .
