Since I updated to Windows 10 my sons user profile won't open YouTube or Facebook or Bing. What should I do?

Since update to 10 my sons user won't open youtube or facebook or bing.

As I said, Since update to 10 my sons user won't open youtube or facebook or bing.

It will load some websites but for some reason these sites it won't open. It says that there was an error while loading.

This has only started happening since we updated to Windows 10.

It is only on his user. Everyone else can access all of the internet no problem.

I even deleted his user and started a new one, but it still does it!
We are all using our Microsoft accounts as well.

Help please.

Do you have a family account setup for him? If so, you can manually add sites that he will be able to go to.
