Skype camera not working... Help?

Hi so I've been trying to skype with my family. I see them. They can't see me. I see myself in the little window. I went to settings and tried 1. Use default. 2. Use front. 3. Use rear. Nothing. I went to privacy, camera, allowed skype to access. Nothing. Any ideas? Thanks.

If you can see yourself in the little window the camera on your side is working. What do they see on the other side? A still image or nothing??

Sorry to bring this back up and not answering faster. Yes, the camera was working fine. I ended up deleting and re-installing Skype and it worked flawlessly since.
